💗 Step 1: Idea Submission
Customers provide their ideas to a supporter, who forwards them to the Design Department for illustration based on those ideas.
💗 Step 2: Design Review
The supporter sends back the designed product image for the customer’s review, allowing them to create a sample order or place a production order.
💗 Step 3: Production Order Processing
The factory departments receive production orders sent from the Head Office.
💗 Step 4: Quality Check
After completion, the finished embroidered product is sent to the Head Office for quality checks. This includes verifying parameters, embroidery patterns, fabric quality, and taking photos to notify the customer. Once the sample is approved, mass production begins according to the customer's order quantity.
💗 Step 5: Final Inspection and Delivery
After undergoing a thorough inspection process, consisting of eight steps, the product is carefully packaged and sent to the customer by air. The delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days for the goods to reach the customer.

Review the design and pattern images carefully before sending them to the factory.
✨ Step 2. Fabric Inspection
Inspect the fabric quality at the fabric warehouse.
✨ Step 3. Material quality check
Evaluate the quality of raw materials in the supply room for each sample.
✨ Step 4. Embroidery quality check
After embroidery—whether hand- or machine-made—have a designated person check the quality of the embroidery before sending it to the sewing factory.
✨ Step 5. Final inspection
In each sewing line, a technician will examine the product before it goes to Quality Control (QC).
✨ Step 6. Measurement check
The sample product will be sent to the Design department to verify its measurements (length and width) and ensure it matches the design images.
✨ Step 7. Sales check
The product is then sent to the Sales department for suppliers to confirm that it meets customer requirements. They will check hundreds of monogram samples according to the customer's list to ensure accuracy and will take photos to inform the customer.

The customer must approve the product before it is shipped to them.
