Usually 2-5 working days. For stock products, samples are free with freight charged. Custom samples depend on requests, but fees can be refunded upon mass order placement.
2. How do I confirm the style of the garments?
We can create samples based on your tech packs, original samples, or even detailed pictures for your approval.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, our MOQ is 3,000 pcs per order. However, if using stock fabric, we can accept smaller orders of 300 pcs total (100 pcs per color).
4. How is the price determined?
Pricing depends on style, accessories, printing methods, embroidery, fabric type, and weight (GSM). Larger orders typically receive a lower unit price.
5. What is your standard delivery time?
Our general lead time is approximately 2.5 months after the deposit is paid and all details are confirmed.
